SWsoft’s HSPcomplete offers comprehensive hosting automation solutions

HSPcomplete is a full-business life cycle hosting automation solution that has
helped propel SWsoft to the forefront of the hosting market place. In the words

The HSPcomplete automation tool is mainly targeted at larger more established
hosting service providers (HSP). But the product is flexible enough to accommodate
various different types of users. A series of different GUI (graphical user interface)
control panels create distinct levels of administration for the HSPcomplete user.
There are separate interfaces for individual end users, customer administrators
such as small and medium-sized businesses (SME), larger HSPs and even resellers.
What does it do?
HSPcomplete automates the entire hosting business life cycle. It performs all
of the management tasks expected of a control panel. But what differentiates
it from its competitors is the full range of capabilities it is able to bring
to the table. HSPcomplete manages hardware, backups, domains, IP pools, operating
systems, applications, E-commerce storefronts and customer payments. It also
incorporates complete account management - everything from billing to account
provisioning, maintenance and upgrades.
“HSPcomplete is a complete solution for the hosting service provider,”
says Beloussov. It is a ready to run system, right “out of the box,”
and it comes with pre-integrated software and plug-ins that provide additional
functionality.
In fact, HSPcomplete is the only pre-integrated system on the market. You can
integrate it with your own billing system and automatically implement account
provisioning and management capabilities.
HSPcomplete is entirely customizable across a single unified platform. “It
provides the ability to manage all of the types of hosting from one platform
- you can sell basic shared, you can sell VPS and dedicated,” explains
Beloussov. The HSPcomplete product is so flexible that hosting service providers
can configure, customize, integrate and extend it to meet the needs of its customers.
The availability of the source code makes this customization easy to implement
and many of the more basic customizations can be done through the GUI interface.
For example, HSPs can create entirely new hosting plans or modify existing ones.
In addition to flexibility and customization, HSPcomplete is highly scalable.
The most recent version of HSPcomplete (2.1) is able to scale up to 100,000
accounts.
For resellers, HSPcomplete renders complete anonymity. Resellers have “the
ability to sell hosting plans online, and they can be completely anonymous –
so customers will never know they are buying from a reseller,” says Beloussov.
The flexibility of the solution is enhanced by the ability to re-brand the control
panels with customized company designs and logos.
