Cancel an account

To cancel web hosting service with please send an email to Customer Service with your domain name in the subject. You will need to include the following information so that we may verify your cancellation request: 1. Domain name. 2. Username (the one used for account management access. FTP usernames will not be accepted). 3. Pasword or the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the account. 4. (Optional) Please include your Reason for Cancellation so that we may better improve our service. *ATTENTION*: All cancellations are immediate we cannot preschedule them.
