How do I set my email up in Apple Mail?

Select File, Add Account.

Username: Your full address. Eg: me@mydomain.com
Password: This will be the password to your email address; this password is different than the Account Manager password
Incoming Server: mail.guardedhost.com
Outgoing Server: mail.guardedhost.com
The incoming mail server port should be: POP set to 110, or if using IMAP set to 143
The outgoing mail server port should be set to 587
(Outgoing) SMTP Server Requires password authentication
