You will need to include the following information so that we may verify your cancellation request:
1. Domain name.
2. Username (the one used for account management access. FTP usernames will not be accepted).
3. The Support Token for your account (found in the "Support Center" of your account manager..
4. (Optional) Please include your Reason for Cancellation so that we may better improve our service.
*ATTENTION*: All cancellations are immediate, we cannot preschedule them. Upon cancellation all files, databases, and emails will be deleted from the account.
